Special pricing
So sitting, as I was yesterday, building this website and sorting pricing, pictures, links and so on, I came across something that made me stop and think. I realized that as there are SO many Veterans out there who haven't been around their loved ones for a while, I should offer a discount to all military personnel (with ID). So here it is, all military personnel get a discount of 25% off the total package price for their sitting. For you all who have given of your time, your loved ones and your hearts, I am going to give a little something back. Thank you Veterans. I appreciate all you have done for me, my family and my friends, even though I am not yet a citizen. We each owe you a debt of gratitude.

Class photos, quickie style
I enjoy working with the kids when they aren't running around and being boisterous. So class pictures were the obvious next choice. My son's teacher was doing something special for the parents for Christmas. I offered to take pictures of the children, so that they could give them to their parents as Christmas gifts. It was difficult to find a decent backdrop in the classroom. They all needed to be done really quickly and printed too. We ended up picking the easiest place by the computers. I have picked out six of my favorites for you to see. This is not indicative of my work as ideally I wouldn't use such a backdrop for portrait photos or school photos. But it gives you an idea of how I work and where I will work.
Kelley Family Photos
My friend Kami then saw the photos posted on Facebook that I had taken for Michelle and asked if I could do her family's ones too. The problem was that there would be nine people, four adults and five kids, but there were far more than that and it was very overwhelming. Kami and Tim have four and Kami's brother, Jeremy and his wife Crystal have five and Kami parents came too. Holy crap! And to cap it all, the lateness of the hour made the light not the greatest for the photo shoot. However, I think we got some that were ok. Kami wears glasses and when I used the only flash I had, the one mounted on the camera, it reflected badly off her glasses, so I promised her and Tim some personal ones, which we still haven't got to. Anyway, let me know what you think.
Johnson Family photos
My friend Michelle saw my shots of my kids and asked me to do her family photos. Having never done family photos before the way everyone here in Utah does, I was excited but pooping my pants too. What if they were all horrible and the family didn't like them? What if they were all over or under exposed or a multitude of other Murphy's Law things. Well they weren't too bad for a beginning point. Posted some below for you to judge.
School fall photos - my version
I have never really liked the photos done by the school photographers and their packages are way expensive when there's only us here and a small number of family members back in the UK to send copies to. Anyway, the following are some of my faves...
